John Vreeland started his own financial planning and investment management company, Vreeland Financial Designs, in 1997 after leaving CIGNA as a financial consultant to individuals and businesses.
John left the corporate world with the desire to offer services free of hidden agendas, conflicts of interest and consistent with a prudent, long-term oriented investment philosophy. Fairlead's business structure and investment philosophy reflects this philosophy.
In 2003 the Vreeland Financial designs became Fairlead Financial Advisors. Fairlead is an independent, fee-based investment advisory firm, which means we offer advice that is both objective and free of hidden agendas. This business structure minimizes conflicts of interests, and puts our goals in line with those of our clients. In other words, we sit on your side of the table.
