We have a stated $500,000 minimum for investment management clients and are compensated for our investment services on a fee-only basis (meaning our only compensation comes from a percentage of assets under management (AUM) with us).
Financial planning services can be billed on an hourly ($250 per hour) basis if necessary. In many cases, if prospective clients require planning, and agree to become investment management clients (at or above the stated minimum), the financial planning charges are waived.
We have the flexibility to accept clients even if they do not meet our minimum. These situations are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Fees for AUM greater than $500,000 are calculated as a "blended" rate. E.G. the fee on $1,500,000 AUM is .75%. (1% on first $500,000 .75 % on next $500,000 .50% on next $500,000) for a blended .75%
